  Welcome to Sleep Well/Live Well!  A sleep improvement program brought to you by The Sleep Ambassador®, Nancy Rothstein, and DROWZLE™ Sleep Health Programs. Sleep Well/Live Well is designed to empower you with knowledge, strategies, tools, and resources to support your sleep improvement journey and to foster sustainable sleep improvement.   The program is made up of three segments that cover a four-week period.  The Program Sections are as follows: Part 1: Sleep Well/Live Well - Virtual Learning Workshop Part 2: Sleep Well/Live Well - Mid-Program Check In  Part 3: Sleep Well/Live Well - Post-Program Review   The Virtual Learning Workshop segment of the program is a comprehensive, online, educational workshop to assist participants in gaining additional insight into sleep and how to optimize their personal sleep health.   Mid-Program Check In segment of the program acts as a two-week check point to review participant progress in their sleep journaling.   Post-Program Review segment of the program focuses on sleep journal learning and participant action planning to optimize their sleep for the future.  This review is performed after four weeks of the sleep journaling.   Note:  If you have received an enrollment notification and are visiting the learning tool for the first time, please click the "Courses" Tab in top-center of the page to access the virtual learning workshop courses and begin you sleep improvement journey.
